DREAMSTATE

“A Moment in Japan” is my attempt to visually express the fleeting nature of memory and how it is shaped by a place's unique contrasts and moments. In Japan, where nature and city life exist, I found that every moment, whether quiet or bustling, added to the intricate layers of my experience. The project reflects how memories are never isolated but are formed by the overlapping of different times, places, and emotions. Every time I look at these photos, I get emotional, as they remind me of my time spent abroad and show how much my photography has progressed over the years. I view this collection as a love letter to my time there.
